• User Content: Photos, responses to daily prompts, milestones, vision board content, and other content you create within the app
• Subscription Information: Purchase history and subscription status (processed through Apple's App Store)

• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used and engagement patterns
• Device Information: Device type and operating system version for troubleshooting purposes

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app's features
• Enable you to connect and share content with your partner
• Process your subscription through Apple's App Store
• Improve the app experience through analytics

Data Storage and Security

• Photos: Stored securely using Cloudflare R2 cloud storage with encryption
• Other Data: Account information, prompts, milestones, and app data are stored on secure servers hosted by Replit
• We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information

Data Sharing

With Your Partner

Content you create in the app (photos, prompt responses, milestones, vision boards) is shared with your connected partner. This is the core function of the app.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store: Processes subscription payments. Apple's privacy policy governs their handling of payment information.
• PostHog: We use PostHog for anonymous analytics to understand app usage patterns and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is shared.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Children's Privacy

BasicallyTomorrow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View the personal data we hold about you within the app
• Delete: Delete your account and associated data through Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting us

When you delete your account:

• Your account information is permanently deleted
• Photos and content you created are removed from our servers
• Your partner will no longer have access to shared content

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
