Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using BasicallyTomorrow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
BasicallyTomorrow is a couples app that allows partners to connect and share experiences through daily prompts, photo memories, journey tracking, and vision boards.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BasicallyTomorrow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
BasicallyTomorrow offers the following subscription options:
- Plus: $4.99 per month
- Pro: $9.99 per month
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly in accordance with their refund policies.
User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the App, including photos, prompt responses, and vision board entries.
Content License
By posting content to the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service to you and your connected partner.
Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Violates any applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
Partner Sharing
Content you create in the App is shared with your connected partner. By using the pairing feature, you consent to sharing your content with your partner. Choose carefully who you connect with.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by BasicallyTomorrow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BasicallyTomorrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States.
